Mr. Sudip Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State submits memo of evidence which was prepared by the SubInspector of Police associated with Panskura Police Station. Let the report be kept with the record.

Report reflects that the investigating officer, on conclusion of investigation, found that there was mistake of fact and, as such, submitted final report before the learned CJM, Purba Midnapore, Tamluk.

In view of such report being submitted, there is no scope for the petitioner to be aggrieved at the present stage. Learned advocate for the petitioner is represented. No order, as such, is required to be passed subsequent to the final report being submitted before the jurisdictional court. Accordingly, CRR 1669 of 2020 is disposed of.
