Mr. Biswarup Paine ......Petitioner No.1 (In person) The petitioner no.1 is present in person.

The grievance of the petitioners relates to certain observations made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Serampore, Hooghly.

In view of the issue raised by the petitioners who have been acquitted from the case and the subject matter relates to only expunging of certain observations made.

The petitioners would be at liberty to take up the points in the revisional court of the learned Sessions Judge, Hooghly. The learned Sessions Judge, Hooghly will allow the petitioners to appear in person and place their case before the learned Sessions court acting as a revisional court.

The petitioners are granted liberty to take back the certified copy by replacing the same with a photostat copy. In case the petitioners prefer an application for condonation of delay, the learned Sessions court would take into consideration the period of pandemic as also pendency of the present application before the High Court, Calcutta.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 1674 of 2020 and

CRAN/1/2020 are disposed of.
