None appears on behalf of the respondents.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that in spite of being a lessee in respect of wakf property in question for Pisci-Culture, he is not being allowed fishing and police is causing obstruction and disturbance. The petitioner in support of his case has relied on a letter dated 3rd September, 2020 issued by the Wakf Estate concerned as appears at page 63 of the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make an effective representation before the Superintendent of Police, Dakshin Dinajpur/respondent no.2 against his grievance within two weeks from date and if such representation is made by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall consider the said representation and

take appropriate steps in accordance with law within four weeks of making such representation with intimation to the petitioner.

WPA 9767 of 2020 is disposed of.
