Mr. Anuran Samanta ...for the petitioners Ms. Jayeeta Sinha, Mr. Sandip Mondal ....for the State The petitioners are aggrieved that despite injunction ordered by the Civil Court in T.S. No. 167 of 2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 2nd Court at Bardhaman, the private respondents continues to violate the same.

The petitioners have applied for police help to impose injunction before the Civil Court.

The petitioners may pursue the application before the Civil Court and the Civil Court shall dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

The Saktigarh Police Station shall ensure any order that may be passed by the Civil Court, is strictly enforced by them.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
