The Inspector-in-Charge, Uttarpara Police Station has filed a report in the form of instructions dated 21st November 2022 addressed to the learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that there is some bad blood between the petitioner and the private respondents. In respect of an earlier complaint of the year 2020 charge sheet has already been filed. It is expected that the charge sheet is put to committal as expeditiously as possible and the trial commences.

Uttarpara Police Station shall, however, keep a strict vigil in the area and shall ensure that the petitioner shall not in any way be harassed by any person whatsoever. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
