Having considered the materials on record and in view of the prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner as one of the members of the gang who had fired at the victim who succumbed to his injuries and as Montu Mondal, one of the co-accused who stands entirely on the different footing and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
