Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Statements of witnesses as well as the test identification parade examination show that the petitioner had entered the house where the deceased was murdered. Incriminating articles were also recovered on the leading statement of the petitioner.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
