Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Materials on record prima facie disclose involvement of the petitioner in entering the shops under the guise of a priest. Thereafter, he used to commit dacoity by showing of fire arms. In view of the gravity of the offence and as trial has considerably progressed, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

We request the Trial Court to conclude the trial at an early date preferably within one year from the next date fixed

before it without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
