Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It is submitted on behalf of that he is not the owner of the vehicle.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. We note that the petitioner is the registered owner of the vehicle which was used for transportation of narcotic substance above commercial quantity.

In view of the aforesaid facts, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
