Kutubuddin ...for the petitioner Mr. Ranobir Roy Chowdhury, Mr. Mainak Gupta ...for the State The present application being CRAN 1 of 2021 has been preferred inter alia praying for relaxation of condition of the anticipatory bail as incorporated in the order dated 18th December, 2020 passed in CRM No.9680 of 2020. Heard learned advocates for the respective parties and considered the materials on record.

It appears that the petitioner has complied with the condition as incorporated in the order dated 18th December, 2020 till date. He has also surrendered before the learned Court below and obtained regular bail. In view thereof, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 18th December, 2020 passed in CRM No.9680 of 2020 to the effect that 'the petitioner shall meet the investigating Officer once in a week until further orders' is waived.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
