Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record including the statements of witnesses prima facie disclosing torture on a minor child by the petitioner who is her father and step mother, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
