Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in assaulting the victim who was hospitalised due to serious injuries, we are of the opinion that in view of gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Learned appropriate Trial Court as well as all concerned authorities shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
