Petitioner renews his prayer for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Having considered the materials on record and in view of the statements of witness including the daughter of the deceased disclosing the role of the petitioner in firing at a mob resulting in death of two persons and in view of the gravity of the offence and the fact that his prayer for bail was earlier rejected in September, 2020, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus rejected.
