Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the facts and circumstances of the case and in the light of the submission that there was a matrimonial dispute and delay in lodging F.I.R. and since injuries on the brother-in-law of petitioner no. 1 do not appear to be grievous, we are inclined in granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed. Learned appropriate Trial Court as well as all concerned authorities shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
