Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the general and omnibus nature of allegations against the petitioners who are in-laws of the victim housewife and as the principal accused i.e. husband is in custody, we are inclined in granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed. Learned appropriate Trial Court as well as all concerned authorities shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
