Case No. 220 of 2020 dated 08.09.2020 under Sections 147/148/149/427/379/435 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 2 of the Prevention of Insult to the National Honour Act.

Having considered the materials on record and keeping in mind the nature of allegations and the extent of complicity of the petitioner in the alleged crime and since no one was injured in the course of the incident, we are inclined in granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed. Learned appropriate Trial Court as well as all concerned authorities shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
