Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in torturing the housewife who suffered unnatural death within two and half years of marriage, we are of the opinion that in view of gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Learned appropriate Trial Court as well as all concerned authorities shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
