Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Statements of witnesses disclose role of the petitioners in throwing bombs at the victim. Post-mortem report shows that the victim suffered burn injuries due to bomb blast and died. In view of the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to the grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
