Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in subjecting the victim to penetrative sexual assault and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail, being CRM No. 9740 of 2020, is accordingly rejected.
