...for the State The learned Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has complied with all the conditions imposed by the coordinate Bench on 11th December, 2020.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the conditions and having regard to the fact that nothing adverse against the petitioner is available on record, we modify the earlier condition of anticipatory bail to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasad, District North 24 Parganas once in two months until further orders. The petitioner shall also appear before the learned trial court on each and every date of hearing unless there are unavoidable reasons. With the aforesaid modification, CRAN 1 of 2021 stands disposed of. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
