The petitioner prays for enhancement of the wages in terms of the Government circulars issued from time to time.

The petitioner has filed a representation highlighting his grievances by a letter dated February 13, 2020.

The petitioner alleges that the said representation is yet to be considered by the authority. None appears on behalf of the State respondents despite service.

As it appears that the prayer of the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the respondent authority no useful purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

The writ petition being WPA No. 9821 of 2020 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 being the Commissioner, Panchayat and Rural Development Department to consider the representation filed by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law,

within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The said respondent shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the representation dated February 13, 2020 along with the supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communication of this order.

WPA No. 9821 of 2020 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
