Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

There are materials to show that there was motive to commit the crime. Statements of witnesses particularly the minor children of the deceased disclose that the victim was last seen with the deceased.

In view of the aforesaid facts and other incriminating circumstances, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
