Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Statements of witnesses including the victim girl show that the petitioner and others gang raped her. She is a minor. In view of the aforesaid facts and the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
