Advocate ... ... for the State Statement of the minor victim shows that the petitioner and coaccused ravished her. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in October, 2020. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
