Mr. Hossain, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the MP Case No. 1323 of 2020 has been disposed of by the learned Magistrate. Thus, the present application that has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1682 of 2020 is dismissed as infructuous. .

All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
