Petitioner is aggrieved by the factum of representation being made to the police authorities and in spite of the same, no steps were taken. The allegations of the petitioners were that the respondent no.4 took some amount for providing job as computer teacher but after accepting the amount he neither did provided any job nor returned the money.

Learned advocate for the State submits that on such issue Bhagabanpur P. S. Case No. 175 of 2024 dated 29-06-2024 has been registered for investigation on the basis of a complaint by one Khokan Kumar Das. The enclosure to the writ petition also reflects that the representation was earlier also made by the same Khokhan Das as one of the signatory to the said representation.

Having considered the factual matrix of the case for which the writ petition has been preferred

before this court and the police authorities having already registered FIR on the self-same issue, I am of the view that the purpose of the petitioners have been served. Further course of action are to be followed before the jurisdictional criminal court.

The Investigating Agency would record the statements of the present petitioners as all of them are aggrieved and have suffered injury because of the act and actions of the respondent no.4.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 9836 of 2020 is disposed of. All parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
