The present revision has been preferred praying for setting aside of the order no.13 dated 18.11.2020 passed by the Judge, Special Court, POCSO Act, Chanchal, District-Malda in Special Case No.89 of 2019 arising out of Harishchandrapur P.S Case No.793 of 2019 under Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
