Advocate ... ... for the State We have considered the materials on record including statements of witnesses implicating the petitioner in an altercation with the deceased. Subsequently, the deceased committed suicide. In view of the prima facie materials against the petitioner in the alleged crime, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to the grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
