Ms. Taslim Abib ..for the Medical Council Mr. Majumder, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is entitled to get one sit under the Category-5 (unlisted sit), as an interim measure the petitioner should be allowed to participate in the "Mop Up counselling".

Learned Counsel also prays leave for rectification in the cause title of the writ petition.

Rao, learned Counsel appearing for the Andaman Administration submits that the petitioner has not qualified in achieving the requisite marks for such "Mop Up counselling".

Ms. Abib appears for the Medical Council.

Heard all the parties.

Leave is granted to the advocate-on-record of the petitioner to correct the cause title.

Learned Counsels for the respondent authorities are requested to file their report in the form of an affidavit as

early as possible preferably within 6th January, 2021. The advocate-on-records of the respondent authorities are also requested to serve copies of the report to the petitioner. Let this matter appear before the Regular Bench at Andaman on 8th January, 2021.

As an interim measure the Andaman administration is requested to allow the petitioner to appear before the "Mop Up counselling".

Records may be sent to the available Circuit Bench as early as possible.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on the usual undertakings.
