The present revision had been preferred praying for setting aside the order dated 24.12.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Durgapur, in connection with Criminal Motion No.37 of 2018 thereby dismissing the said revisional application and confirming the order dated 02.04.2018 passed in connection with CR Case No.260 of 2016.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of as infructuous.
