He has appeared, surrendered and obtained bail before the Jurisdictioinal Court.

Mr. Sur, learned advocate appearing for the State on the earlier occasion filed a report which reflects that the police authorities are in the process of filing of their report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned advocate appearing for the private opposite party prays for expediting the process of submission of report under Section 173 of

the Code of Criminal Procedure, as the investigation is continuing/pending for a considerable period of time. Having considered the nature of the transactions, I do not feel it would be fit and proper to interfere at this stage. The Investigating Officer would take steps so that the report in final form is filed before the jurisdictional court within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observation, C.R.R. 1693 of 2020 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, if any, is filed before the Jurisdictional Court.
