Advocate ... ... for the State Statements of witnesses show that the petitioner cohabited with the minor girl on the false promise of marriage. Out of depression she committed suicide. In view of the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
