(Through Video Conference) Mr. Jayanta Samanta Mr. K Samanta ... for the petitioner Mr. Partha Pratim Roy Mr. Ayan Banerjee ... for the State Petitioner complains that a representation for maintenance under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007 is not being considered and disposed of. Learned advocate for the State submits that the petitioner was requested to submit an application in Form A under the Act of 2007.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted such Form A sometime in the month of December 2020.

In the event, the Tribunal under the Act of 2007 received an application under Form A of the Act of 2007 from the petitioner, it will proceed with such application as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the same preferably with a period of eight weeks from date.

WPA 9887 of 2020 is disposed of without any order as costs.
