Public Prosecutor ... ... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in torturing the housewife who suffered unnatural death within three years of marriage, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to her.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
