Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie materials disclosing the fact that the six year old deceased was last seen with the petitioner and her earrings were recovered pursuant to the petitioner's leading statement, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
