Nobody responds in spite of mail sent to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged penetrative sexual assault on a minor and as his prayer for bail was rejected in September, 2020 and as there is no substantial change in circumstance since the rejection of the earlier prayer for bail by this Court, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
