Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Statements of witnesses show that the petitioners had called the victim. Subsequently, he was murdered. In view of the above materials on record implicating the petitioners in the alleged crime and as they had absconded for 6 years, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
