It has been informed by Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty, learned advocate representing the petitioner that he has no instructions regarding the present status of the complaint case pending before the jurisdictional court.
Mr. Dasgupta, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party no.2 submits that during the pendency of the revisional application he has received instructions that issues have been settled between the parties.
Mr. Datta, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the
State.
In view of the submissions made from the Bar, I am of the opinion that neither of the parties are interested regarding pursuing the merits of the present revisional application. Accordingly, CRR 1704 of 2020 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
