The grievance of the petitioner is that though he appeared in the selection process for the post of Sweeper in Gour Mohan Sachin Mandal Mahavidyalaya (in short, 'the College'), South 24 Parganas, the result has not been published. He made a representation before the Principal of the College on January 20, 2020. No response has been made to such representation.

Mr. Mrinal Kanti Sardar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that at this juncture, the petitioner only prays that his representation dated January 20, 2020, addressed to the Principal of the College be considered. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Principal of the College, respondent no. 6 to consider the representation

dated January 20, 2020, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. The communication should indicate the outcome of the selection process for the post of Sweeper. Let urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
