No affidavit of service is filed in Court showing compliance with the order dated May 1, 2023.

Impugned in the present application is the order dated September 14, 2020 passed by the learned Sessions Judge granting anticipatory bail to the private opposite parties. Learned Judge took into account the materials in the case diary and the nature of allegations as against the private opposite parties. Considering such materials, the learned Sessions Judge did not find any justification in rejecting the prayer for anticipatory bail of the private opposite parties.

We find no material irregularity in the order requiring interference.
