The present revision is of the year 2020 and has been preferred against a judgment dated 07.07.2020 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Howrah, in Criminal Appeal No. 87 of 2018 modifying of an order dated 12.03.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Municipal Court in Misc. Case No. 527 of 2013 under Sections 12/18/19/20/22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
