Md. Ali Mansoor ... for the Petitioner. Mr. Santanu Kr. Mitra Mr. Kapil Guha ..for the State Let the affidavit of service be taken on record. The dispute is over plot nos. 452 and 460, under Mouza Fulmalancha under Basanti Police Station.

Although, this Court finds that the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent nos. 8 to 10 are civil in nature, yet, the police authorities are directed to ensure that no breach of peace takes place on the alleged plot of land. The vigil shall be maintained. The police authorities shall ensure that no untoward incident takes place in future.

This order shall not be construed as a declaration of the Court with regard to the correctness of the statements made by the petitioner.

The issues with regard to the right, title, and possession etc. are to be decided by the appropriate Civil Court.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
