Case No. 490 of 2014 dated 31.10.2014 under sections 341/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of : Hopna Murmu @ Somai Murmu Mr. Imadul Hoque ... ... for the petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur, APP Mr. Dipankar Paramanick ... ... for the State Statements of eye-witnesses implicate the petitioner in the murder of the victim. He had absconded and was declared a proclaimed offender.

In view of the gravity of the offence and conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
