And In Re : Abu Taher .... petitioner Ms. Minoti Gomes Ms. Manika Sarkar ....for the petitioner Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan Mr. Palash Chandra Majhi ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotic substance which is above commercial quantity and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act and as prayer for bail was rejected in September, 2020 and as there is no change in the circumstances since then, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
