Inadvertent typographical error had crept in the order dated 07.12.2020.

In the 4th line of the second page of the said order the words, "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balurghat" be read as "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur". Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Department shall make necessary corrections in the order.
