Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 08.12.2020.

In the order dated 08.12.2020 the words 'Rs.1,41,000/-' shall stand deleted and be replaced by 'Rs.1,21,000/-'. Department is directed make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 08.12.2020.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.1,21,000/- against the bill for unmetered consumption to the tune of Rs.2,41,604/-. In view of the aforesaid fact and in the light of the nature of allegations, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
