Mr. Rudradipta Nandy ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder of the victim and as prayer for bail was rejected in August, 2020, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
