Ms. Sujata Das ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as prayer for bail was rejected earlier and as trial has already commenced, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is directed to take steps for expeditious disposal of the trial in the light of the Section 5 sub section (2) of the POCSO Act.
