Statements of witnesses show that the petitioners and other co-accused persons fired and threw bombs at the victim. The victim died due to bombing. In view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
