Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. On perusal of the writ petition and this connected application, I find that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner he has made a representation before the respondent authorities concerned on 12th October, 2020 being Annexure - B to this application which is still pending and has not been disposed of and by such inaction on the part of the respondent authorities concerned in disposing the aforesaid representation, petitioner is suffering day to day. Details of such grievance will appear from the said representation.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition and connected application are disposed of by directing the Deputy Director/respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 12th October, 2020 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order With this observation and direction, the writ petition being WPA No.10055 of 2020 and the application being CAN No.1 of 2022 stand disposed of.
